Initial Nutirition Assessment (60 minutes), includes your comprehensive health assessment and health plan formulation.

Integrating Evidence-Based Nutrition & Emunah-Based Support, this comprehensive first session is designed to understand the full picture of your health: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

During this 60 minute assessment, we will explore:

Nutrition & Medical History:

  • Current dietary intake and eating patterns

  • Medical history, labs, supplements and medications

  • Digestive health, immune health, hormones, metabolism and energy levels

  • Food sensitivities, cravings, and lifestyle factors

Emotional & Behavioral Patterns:

  • Relationship with food

  • Stress patterns and emotional triggers

  • Beliefs and health, body image, and self-worth

  • Past dieting experiences

Emunah-Based Therapeutic Integration:

Using principles of Emunah (faith, trust and inner alignment), we gently explore:

  • Where fear, control, or anxiety may be influencing eating habits

  • Areas of resistance or discouragement in your health journey

  • Tools to strengthen trust, resilience, and inner calm

  • How to align your health goals with your deeper values and purpose

30 Min Sessions

Follow up sessions (30 min) will help make your health goals attainable in a permanent way.

This follow-up session is designed to review progress, refine your nutrition plan, and deepen the emotional and spiritual foundations that support lasting health change.

In this session we will:

  • Review your current plan and progress

  • Address challenges, plateaus, or new symptoms

  • Adjust dietary recommendations as needed

  • Explore emotional triggers, stress patterns, or mindset blocks

  • Integrate Emunah-based tools to strengthen trust, resilience, and inner calm

  • Reinforce practical strategies for sustainable change

This is a supportive, collaborative space where physical health and emotional well-being are addressed together. Using evidence-based nutrition combined with Emunah-focused reflection and mindset work, we aim to create alignment between body, mind, and soul.

Mindful Change
