During this 60 minute assessment, we will explore:

Food sensitivities, cravings, and lifestyle factors
Emotional & Behavioral Patterns:

30 Min Sessions
Follow up sessions (30 min) will help make your health goals attainable in a permanent way.
This follow-up session is designed to review progress, refine your nutrition plan, and deepen the emotional and spiritual foundations that support lasting health change.
In this session we will:
Review your current plan and progress
Address challenges, plateaus, or new symptoms
Adjust dietary recommendations as needed
Explore emotional triggers, stress patterns, or mindset blocks
Integrate Emunah-based tools to strengthen trust, resilience, and inner calm
Reinforce practical strategies for sustainable change
This is a supportive, collaborative space where physical health and emotional well-being are addressed together. Using evidence-based nutrition combined with Emunah-focused reflection and mindset work, we aim to create alignment between body, mind, and soul.
